Another day for our dinner I and my husband made a delicious roasted duck, so Im letting here the recipe!
You only need to temper 500g of duck with salt and pepper and let it rest for 30 minutes while you turn on the oven to 180 degrees. Next squeeze one orange and cut the peel into thin strips and add to the meat with 0,75dl of white wine.
After that goes to the oven for 40 minutes and turn the meat occasionally.
To finish brush the duck with honey and let it become crispy!
To accompany the meat we made mashed potatoes and a tomato salad tempered with olive oil, salt, onions and a lot of oregano!
