I buy a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store pretty regularly. They are really cheap and can work for so many recipes. It is a good way to add protein to your diet because the chicken provides a lot of meat and is so cheap! I usually remove the meat right after bringing it back from the store because when it is warm it is easier to remove all the meat. Then I have it in the fridge shredded and ready to go for taco meat, quesadillas or throwing it into spaghetti sauce or casseroles. It is really versatile!
