Ristorante Pizza Funghi (Mushroom Pizza!)

This is a frozen mushroom pizza I had picked up a little while ago and had in my freezer to make on a night where I was hungry and my boyfriend wasnt. Last week happened to be one of those nights so I ended up throwing this frozen pizza in the oven and enjoyed it afterwards. Im not a HUGE lover of mushrooms, but there are occasions where I do enjoy them. It really depends on the type of mushroom and where/how its being used. Sometimes mushroom pizzas at pizzerias really strike me as being yummy and I purchase a slice, so I was hoping this would not disappoint. I cooked it in the oven as recommended on the box and when it was done I topped it with garlic powder. It had a strong mushroom taste, so the garlic helped mute that. Overall, it was a decent pizza thin crust so it had a nice crispy crust, the cheese was gooey. The mushrooms gave it some substance, but also made the top of the pizza slightly wet. Overall not bad but not something I would run out to the grocery store to replenish the eaten pizza. I tend to prefer the meat variety from the Ristorante brand.
