my basic risotto recipe

Ingredients (approx. 4 people):
-500g of rice Arborio
-1 Medium onion, chopped
-Olive oil
-White wine
-300g of parmesan cheese
-salt and pepper to taste
-1 Tablet dissovido chicken bouillon in boiling water
-Cream fresh milk (about 150ml I think it will)

Saute onion in olive oil and butter

Then add the arborio rice. Let simmer then add a glass of white wine

When dry, add a ladle of chicken stock (hot) as it is evaporating. Repeat the process until the risotto to be at the point (al dente or as preferiri). Adjust the salt and black pepper kingdom

When the risotto is at the point off and add the grated parmesan cheese and cream

This risotto serves as an accompaniment to many dishes
