Rise with sausage and tomatos

Here is a simple, yet effective meal that you can actually prepare in less than half an hour. The secret is the pre-cooked rice, perfectly packaged in portions that you can boil for a few minutes.
Here is how you do it: buy a box of precooked rice. Take a bag and put it in boiling water for 15-20 minutes. In the mean time, take one tomato and slice it and one or two sausages. I like the spicy ones and if you want to, you can fry them.
When the rice is ready, just use a fork to get it out, open the bag and voila: perfectly cooked rice and a meal that looks impressive, and no one will know that you probably dont know how to cook rice!
For an extra oopmf: use a spicy souse or some kind of cream, maybe sour cream.
