Yesterday for lunch I had rice vermicelli noodles with fish tofu. I`m really simple with food when I have to prepare it. All the ingredients I have at home and I just cooked the noodles and fish tofu in one pot. Once the fish tofu was cooked, I sliced them into smaller pieces. The noodles took a few minutes longer to cook and when ready, I rinsed it in cold water. The soup base was chicken broth.
