Rice vermicelli noodles is one of my favourites whether it`s at home or at restaurants such as the Vietnamese dish with chicken, crushed peanuts, and pickled radish and carrots. However that dish uses much thinner rice vermicelli noodles, at least in my favourite Vietnamese restaurant. At home I simply cook this with fish tofu and chicken broth soup base. This is the brand we always get because it`s the one we`ve been eating for years.
