Just recently I picked up a couple of the Revlon Colorstay nail polishes. I had picked up Rain Forest and French Roast. This one is French Roast. French Roast is a rich brown base with multi-colored glitter flecks swimming through it. In the light they flash all sorts of colors, which is what I think makes it interesting. I would expect, perhaps, a gold glitter but the multi-colored ones really make it exciting. This polish wasn`t quite as pigmented as Rain Forest. I also noticed the consistency seemed a bit thinner. It wasn`t so bad as to spill right off the nail, but enough for me to notice the difference. I am wearing two coats in these photos and that did the trick. I have a feeling that brown polish isn`t well received by most. It just seems drab and dull. For autumn, though, I feel it is chic and perfect! This one just reminds me of crisp air and hot drinks (that probably has to do with the name as well, though). I would say this one is worth checking out. There are 0.4 fl oz in the bottle and cost me $4.99 at Target. I`ve had comments, though, that these can run pretty pricey at other places like Walgreens and CVS. I`m not entirely certain as I don`t think I`ve paid much attention to them in a lot of stores. At least not enough to check prices.
