I decided to pick this up because I was thinking about how you are supposed to set you liquid foundation with a powder and I do some theater and was thinking of the translucent powder used on stage makeup. It gives such a pretty matte finish. I was originally just going to go with the revlon white powder, but then I saw they had tinted ones. I went with medium/light.
You may be thinking why not just use a regular powder makeup, but I didn`t want to have another layer of "makeup" on my face. I wanted something very light, almost refreshing. It keeps everything set for the day, so when used with a primer your makeup is staying on all day.
The cost of this powder was almost $12 (walmart). I think that is a little pricy, but you do get a lot. So far I love this product. I`ve only tried it with the Revlon Whipped creme foundation (my other new obsession). It really does not matter if you get your color wrong with this because it pretty much is translucent on the skin no matter what. So I would give this a 8/10 mostly because of price (but it really is worth it) and the little brush it comes with sucks haha. But quality of product itself is awesome.
