This is a review for the Wet n Wild H20 Proof Liquid Eyeliner. Like a dumby, I saw the bottle on the shelf and immediately thought it was black, but instead it turned out to be dark brown :P I was too lazy to take it back though and exchange it.
In terms of performance, when Wet n Wild says waterproof, they mean WATERPROOF! I needed a waterproof eyeliner because when I workout and sweat at the gym regular eyeliner smears ALL OVER my face. It gets pretty scarey. But when I apply this, my eyeliner looks immaculate! Not a smear in sight and it looks like I just applied it! And I sweat pretty bad chicas!
The smell of it is pretty strong, but its not like you`re applying it to your nostrils (sorry for those of you who may do that :D ) and it wears off as it dries.
The brown is very dark, and to the inexperienced eye it can easily pass as a black. However, it needs to sort of be applied in coats because it goes on shear in some parts; that can be kind of a pain if you`re short on time.
The applicator wand is a little bit thicker than I would like. I do winged liner on a daily basis and would prefer a wand with a sharper point on it.
As I said before, it stays on your eyes no matter what; even when you`re trying to get it off -_- I literally have to scrub my eyelids, which is a bit of a pain. Maybe I should just invest in some makeup remover? Lol
Overall, I don`t think it`s a bad product. I LOVE the fact that it is indestructible, but I`m not a fan of the applicator and the fact that I need to put it on in coats. It is okay for now, but I wouldn`t buy it again.
Have you purchased this eyeliner before?
What did you think of it?
