On A Post a while back On my training routine To lose weight. i run on the tread mill for an hour every morning and 25 to 30 sit ups after. I`m been lacking for a while because i thought i was pregnant but i`m not sadly :-(. This is what it some what looks like i couldn`t find the picture because its really old like 8, 9 or more years. it has three speeds i`m in the middle the second which is aerobic.
