Hello new mommies!
As I mentioned in my previous post (which you can read here: http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/review-instant-comfort-legs-cream-mustela), I have two more product reviews from Mustela. If you`ve been to any maternity store or any other baby specialty kind of store, you may have seen this brand. Mustela does everything from keeping baby`s delicate skin nice & soft to helping pregnant women take care of their own skin during after pregnancy. Here, I`m reviewing a product especially made for newborn babies!
Foam shampoo for Newborns ($11.50 for 5.07 fl oz): This helps to wash away flakes associated with cradle cap and also to prevent it from coming back. Because it`s a foam, it will not run into baby`s eyes but if it does, it won`t sting. This is also a hypo-allergenic product so it will not irritate baby`s delicate skin.
- I love that it comes with a pump because it makes dispensing easier, especially when you`re using one hand to cradle baby and the other to wash baby.
- It has a pleasant baby lotion scent.
- Although my daughter is now an active toddler, I find that using this shampoo makes washing her hair a breeze.
- I find that it would be easy to justify paying $11.50 for this bottle if it was filled close to the top.
All in all, I rate this product a 9 out of 10. Although it helps me to wash my daughter`s hair quicker, unfortunately because she is no longer a newborn I cannot attest to this product working to get rid of/preventing cradle cap. But if it is still being sold, I imagine that it does work and it`s something that moms reach for during bath time.
