Review on CND Nail polishes

Hi everyone!

It`s been a while since I`ve put up a nail polish related post. I`ve already reviewed one of the nail polishes from CND before and this time I wanted to do something that`s a little out of my comfort zone to show you all.

CND Polishes in Asphalt & Gold Sparkle ($9 for "Colour" & $11 for "Effect"): There are 50 colors and other finishes (Sheer and opaque as well as chrome). There are 15 "Effect" polishes to choose from to accessorize the current polish you have on for that extra something or they can be worn alone. The polishes are 3-Free which means that they don`t contain toluene, formaldehyde, and DBP (Dibutyl Phthalate) so it`s safe for pregnant women to wear.

- Asphalt is an opaque gray that applied very evenly. I didn`t feel the need to apply a second coat.
- Gold Sparkle is a nice top coat to add a little sparkle to any polish you`re wearing or you can wear it on it`s own.
- I waited roughly 20 minutes for the polish to fully dry and didn`t have any accidents with it.

- Unfortunately if you don`t prep your nails correctly (lightly buff nail surface, applying a base coat), the polish peels right off especially if your hands are wet for an extended amount of time.

All in all, I rate these polishes a 9 out of 10. I love that Asphalt isn`t streaky when first applied and how Gold Sparkle really adds an extra pop to the polish underneath to give it more dimension.

CND is available for purchase at your local beauty beauty store. You can even look up nail salons in your area that carry this brand by going on the CND website at
