REVIEW: Mio quotWater Enhancerquot

Alot of people just don`t like the taste of water (including me), but they also don`t want to turn to sugary drinks like juice, pop, etc... Things like Crystal Light can taste grainy and wierd after years of using it over and over again (which is what happened to me). So when I was looking for an alternative, I wanted to look for something that wasn`t too sugary, and wasn`t high in calories. And when I found out about Mio, I decided to give it a try.

The awesome thing about Mio? There`s no calories! Nada, zip, zero. These are the ingredients in Mio:
Water, Citric Acid, Propylene Glycol, Malic Acid, Contains Less than 2% of Natural Flavor, Sucralose and Acesulfame Potassium (Sweeteners), Potassium Citrate, Red 40, Blue 1, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative).

Mio costs about $3.50 (not bad) and it come in 5 flavours. They also didn`t taste like sugared Kool-Aid might, and they also didn`t taste grainy, wierd or "fake" like Crystal Light often does. They were just simply nice. I am actually really happy that I discovered this!

Since the bottle is fairly small, you can have it stashed away in your purse, briefcase, office drawer or even in your kitchen cupboards. It`s great for adding flavour to water without being loaded with sugar.

Anyways, now I have some questions for you guys...

1. Have you tried Mio?
2. Have you tried any other drink sweetners?

Comment below if you have any questions ,XO! :)
