After reading all the hype online about Maybellines "Color Tattoo" cream eyeshadows I figured i had to try one for myself.
While in walgreens i couldnt decide on the Bronzy one or the Taupe one. I only wanted to pick one up beings that i have never tried them before and even though i have heard rave reviews on them i didnt want to risk buying more then one and then not liking it. I asked my boyfriend which he liked better out of the two and he picked "Bad to the bronze"..so i bought it and havent looked back.
I absolutley love this cream eyeshadow...especially the shade that i got. "Bad to the bronze" is a goldish brown bronzy color with very fine specks of silver glitter in it. It looks beautiful in the pot and even more beautiful on your eye.
When read the reviews about this cream eyeshadow pretty much everyone raved that it does not crease. I personally had my doubts because my skin and eyelids are extremely oily and pretty much everything creases on me-even with primer. Boy was i blown away after wearing this eyeshadow to work! I work 10 hour shifts and for one week straight i wore this cream shadow every single day...by itself and with other eyeshadows and had no creasing once so ever. I did use eyeshadow primer under it but on one of my days off i applied it with no primer and took my dog to the beach for a little over an hour and came home with no creasing either. Most cream eyeshadows will crease on me within the first 10 minutes-its ridiculous.
The eyeshadow is thin and very pigmented, a little goes along way. I also really love the packaging. The shadow comes in a clear glass pot with a sleek black cap and fits nicely into my collection.
I cannot say enough good things about this product. I have never come across something so amazing in the drugstore before and i plan on picking more of these up.
Have you tried Maybellines Color Tattoo Cream Eyeshadows? Whats your favorite shade?
Thanks for reading!(and thanks to everyone who reviewed these shadows here on luuux, i wouldnt have bought them otherwise and would not have known how great they truly are!)
