Today I am reviewing one of my Julep nail polishes in Amy. I have wore this color on my nails for four days and thought I`d review how the polish is going!
Day #1- I painted my nails on April 4, 2012
Amy is an opaque shade you can get away with one coat.
Amy dries quickly and fast
All Julep polishes are "4-free" does not contain formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, or DBP.
Day #4 - Today April 8, 2012
I have minimal chips at the tips. Out of 10 finger nails only 4 were chipped a bit at the tips but that`s normal because it`s a darker shade. I am really impressed though because for 4 days, no crazy chipping.
I have a few noticeable chips which is on my thumbs, I guess I use my thumbs often? Lol but its nothing unbearable.
On my middle finger I have a little chunk of missing nail polish - no idea why.
Overall: Despite "some" chipping, I am very impressed with the nail polish. Usually dark colors don`t last very long on my nails but I can see this color on my nails for another few days. I would highly recommend this shade.
I can see this as my go-to shade for Spring and Summer. This shade is definitely one of favorites.
