**PICTURES ARE MINE, PLEASE DO NOT USE**
Hey guys, so i want to a review which i havent done in a long time by the looks of it. I want to review the John Frieda Luxurious Volume Thickening Shampoo which i bought from Superdrug over a month ago and retails for £5.79. I bought two of these shampoos as they were on promotion, but i really wish i didnt. I have never used John Frieda shampoos or conditioners in past and as i have heard a few good reviews on them on Youtube, i really wanted to give it a try. The only John Frieda product i have used is there Serum Finishing Spray which i love.
So obviously by the title you should know that this shampoo is supposed to be a volumising shampoo, but in my case, it does the exact opposite, i dont get any volume at all. I have really fine, flat hair so obviously i want a shampoo that gives me volume but this shampoo is a HUGE disappointment. Here are my PROS and CONS:
Available at more drugstores and supermarkets
Has a thick texture
Has a watermelon scent
Does not volumise or thicken my hair at all
Is a little expensive in my opinion, i dont think its worth it
Can leave my hair feeling sticky even after drying my hair, therefore weighs it down
OVERALL RATING: 1 out of 5
I would not recommend this shampoo at all if you are on the look out for a volumising of thickening one. It doesn`t volumise my hair at all and makes my hair feel sticky at the crown even when its dry, and therefore weighs it down. But as i have bought 2 of them, i will have to finish them whether i like it or not as i dont like wasting products.
I hope that you found this review helpful =)
Have any of you tried this shampoo?
Does it volumise your hair or do you get the same results as me?
