Hey guys :)
Here with a foundation review from Avon. I bought the Ideal Flawless Invisible Coverage Liquid Foundation in natural tan this past summer only used it a couple times but started using it again lately. I think came out this earlier this year sorry if Im wrong. I havent heard or seen a review from this foundation anywhere only at Avons website; maybe Ive researched in the wrong places. So I thought Id share my opinion and thoughts about this foundation. I am an Avon representative so I get an early scoop of everything before it comes out to the buyers and a lower price to every product. This foundations regular price is about eleven dollars for a bottle of 1 fl. oz. but if you guys know about Avon already you know they always have some sort of sale; like a bogo. In the Avon booklet it is described as a light weight, complete coverage that looks natural and an oil-free foundation. It has a SPF of 15; dermatologist tested which is great for all skin types. This foundation was made with a technology they call invisiblend to give your skin an invisible coverage. They claim this technology works with skin matching pigments. OK now I was sold with what I read and more because I saw it came with a pump which is great because its more sanitary. When I received it I was excited, I tried it on right away matched me well and the pump works great. You do have to shake it well before using like any other foundation. Now I do see what they say this foundation claims to do for your skin in the aspect of the technology. If you see the foundation up and close in the bottle you can see the pigments. I see some shimmer in the foundation and to compare it to another foundation I would say Revlon PhotoReady foundation. Once applied it gives your skin a dewy finish from the pigments. I compare it to Revlons PhotoReady because of that shimmer which you can see that they are very similar if you put bottles side by side they are identical. Revlon PhotoReady when applied it leaves you that shimmery finish which gives you that dewy look as well. Revlon has more spf then the ideal flawless foundation thats the only differences I see. For the consistency it is liquidy but not very like watery. As for the coverage I dont believe it is full coverage, as a person with some acne scars in their cheeks and some dark spots. With one application it did not cover my scars and dark spots they were still visible. I do believe you can achieve that full coverage building it up. I saw the full coverage after two applications. With time I did get oily around the nose area and only blotted about twice the whole day. Over all I do love this foundation and recommend it if you love or loved Revlons PhotoReady foundation and that dewy finish. If youre more a matte person I suggest you do not get it. Im more of a matte person but I dont mind a dewy finish from time to time. If you have seen and bought it what are your thoughts on this foundation? Please leave a comment :)
