REVIEW: F21 Love amp Beauty Coconut Ultra Hydrating Shea Butter Mask

I got this mask from Forever 21`s Love & Beauty line a few months ago and completely forgot about it. This is coconut Ultra Hydrating Shea Butter Mask. I got it because I love coconuts. Last night I decided to try it out since my face was feeling extra gross since I did several makeup tutorials yesterday.
The first thing I noticed, was the smell. It wasn`t coconut-ty at ALL. It reminded me a lot of a minty foot scrub I had from the Body Shop when I was younger lol! Also, it was really hard to get out of the packet. I`ve used several packet masks before and none of them were that difficult to get out.
When I applied it to my face, it burned me a little bit. I was so close to wiping it off and not applying the rest since masks aren`t supposed to burn!
Once it was all on, you`re supposed to wait 15-20 minutes to let the mask harden. When masks harden, they crack. When this one cracked, some of the pieces were falling off and getting all over me! And some of the mask didn`t even get dry and crack after 20 minutes (which you can see from the last picture), and in the first place I tried to get it on as even as possible, so, I don`t know what happened.
When I went to take it off, I used warm water and a wash cloth like I normally do, but it didn`t want to come off! I`ve never had a more difficult mask to remove before.
Once I finally got it off, my skin felt really sensitive and was kind of red. It didn`t even do anything! My skin didn`t look glowy or feel hydrated or smoother or anything.
This mask was a major let down and not worth the $1.80 I spent on it. I`ll stick with the ones from Walmart I can get for $1 that actually do something and are pleasant. I won`t be purchasing more masks from Forever 21. However, I do have another one from there that I need to use up, hopefully that one will be different.
