I dont have other kabuki brushes that I can compare the Elf Kabuki Brush to, but will try to make a quick review about it. First of all, I have to say I dont use kabuki brushes that much, but I did want to pick up this one from ELF because it just looked good.:)Its pretty two-tone design in black and white makes it look really stylish, quite sophisticated might I add.
The Elf Kabuki Brush is part of Elfs Studio Line and I ordered it online about a year ago, and I think I paid somewhere between 4-5 bucks. I dont remember exactly. I know its not a Mac or Sigma Brush, but its pretty good for its price. Its quite affordable comparing to other Elf Brushes I have.
The bristles are sintetic, but theyre super soft and dense. This brush is ideal for using pressed powders and for blending out the blush. I dont think it works too well with mineral makeup. But, thats just my opinion.
What I really love about The Elf Kabuki Brush is that It is small enough to bring with me wherever I go, it does not shed, and the fact that the short handle provides me more control in using it properly.
