The product I am reviewing is the
Dickinson`s Original Witch Hazel Pore Perfecting Toner. If you have never smelled Witch Hazel before, it might take a lot of getting used to! To this day, I still get put off by it - but it is tolerable and I don`t think that the scent of Witch Hazel in this toner is as bad as if it was 100% pure Witch Hazel. Dickinson`s Witch Hazel toner claims to cleanse and condition your pores to maintain clear, smooth & balanced skin. I do feel like this is true! My skin does feel balanced after using this and does not feel as oily in certain places. However, one of the reasons why I do not like this toner is because I feel like it leaves a very, very slight film on the skin. You can hardly tell though. Also, this toner does contain alcohol which may be slightly drying to the skin, especially if you are someone who already have dry skin! This is random and the bottle that I got might just be a dud, but I don`t like the packaging! For some reason, even though the cap is on and is completely closed tight, toner still drips out of the bottle! I`m not sure how... but it does -_- I didn`t really like using this as a toner by itself, but I did like it when used in conjunction with aspirin to make an aspirin toner!
