Personally, I use Benefit Porefessional as a primer underneath my foundation focusing on my nose to hide my pores.
The website claims that it Quickly minimize the appearance of pores & fine lines for smoother-than-smooth skin! Apply this silky, lightweight balm alone, under or over makeup. Translucent, oil-free formula complements all skintones and helps makeup stay put. Contains a Vitamin E derivative, known to protect skin from free radicals
Benefit Porefessional comes out as a beige-colored balm and goes on translucent so, I would agree with its claim that it complements all skintones. When you put it on, it mattifies the area and blurs some of my pores. My pores are (super) oversized so it doesnt hide them all but, it does a sufficient job. Just dont expect a miracle worker! For people with smaller pores (lucky!), it may potentially help them hide it completely.
This balm goes on velvety smooth and assists in getting a flawless foundation application. Due to these benefits, most people use this product as a primer. I feel that it helps with keeping my foundation in place as well.
Although it goes on matte, It doesn`t stay that way for me. I have a very oily nose so I get shiny after a few hours. Therefore, I still need to touch up with powder every so often throughout the day.
Anybody know of a good product to cover pores?
