This game was released November 2011 by Volition. It is the third installment in the Saints Row series. The game and the company that puts them out share a lot of similarities with the Grand Theft Auto series and Rockstar Games.

The game retailed for $59.99 but nowadays you can probably pick up a copy for $15 at a video game outlet or Walmart. You can get this game for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.

The Game:
Your character is the leader of a large street gang called The Saints. They are very well known in their city and have a clothing line, energy drink and other memorabilia. They must fight against STAG a military group that is trying to take you out. The great thing about this game is that your character is the most highly customizable I`ve ever seen in any game. You have the option to be a male or even female! Which is never really an option but if you`re a gamer like me then you`ll appreciate that. You can even opt to get plastic surgery in game if you grow tired of the look you first chose.

There are plenty of things to keep you busy in this city, whether it`s a mission, activity, stronghold or a crazy minigame you will never be bored. The gameplay is similar to Grand Theft Auto but in my opinion it surpasses it.

The only bad things to note are the graphics, they aren`t the most impressive but they will do. And there are a couple of glitches here and there. All in all this game is worth the purchase.

I give it a 9 out of 10
