After you gert your results you can feel pretty down. Don´t let it get to you. What I do after I get my results and I feel disappointed or sad about it is the follow: First I talk with my friends or class mates about what I got and ehat they got. it makes you feel a lot better to know that you are not the only one who got bad marks. Then, when I get home I put away all my school stuff, change in some compfy joggings and play calming music. For some reason I always listen to Mazarts Turkish Marsh. Then I make myself a footbath and facial treatment, drink chilled Jasmin tea and froget about my results. After I calmed down I start to go over what I did wrong, and make a plan to do better next time. I am still at the beginning of my A levels, so there is no reason to panick.
