Starting this week, I have been hitting my work`s gym after work and I`m going to make it a habit.. 3 times a week! I came home last night and my dad bought some <em>Reebok Toning Adjustable Ankle Weights</em> at Big 5 for $20 bucks. These ankle weights are good for slimming your hips and toning your legs. I do not need to slim my hips.. cause I don`t even have hips but my legs do need some toning so I`ll be trying these out sometime soon. Also these weights are ideal for increasing calorie burn when doing lower body activities. These ankle weights come in a pair, 5 lbs each totaling to be 10lbs. I`ll be looking forward to trying them out but first I need to find what workouts to do with them..
