I decided to change it up from a regular salmon dish last night. So I picked up a new seafood option that I haven`t had in a long time, red snapper. It just looked too good to pass up at the grocery store, and I knew that it would be an amazing choice for dinner.
It was a quick fix dinner. Seasoned it with the usual salt, pepper, and both ground and fresh minced garlic. Then, I thought stuffing it with yellow and green onions would bring it a lot of flavor.
Baked it in the oven for about an hour and you`ll have a great dish to impress. You can serve it any way you`d like. I like to have it as a lettuce taco to keep it more healthy.
