I love this soup. It`s not the kind where you would eat with your dinner, but the one where you would eat after or even for a snack. It`s red beans that has been boil in water for at least an hour or so with some lotus seeds and sometimes tapioca added to it. Then rock sugar is added to sweeten up the soup and the amount you add depends on how sweet you like it to be. I also heard that this soup is good for you too. I really like this and could eat 2 bowls of this but I you can get full eating 2 bowls. Have you tried this before?
