Last night my boyfriend was in the mood for pizza and since we had a <strong>Red Baron Pepperoni Pizza</strong> in the freezer I threw it into the convection oven. I cooked it per the box instructions - 400 for 17 minutes and it came out perfectly. I forgot how much I used to love cooking pizza in the convection oven because it comes out perfectly and there isn`t a need for pans and heating the big stove to cook the pizza through. I stopped buying Red Baron a few years ago because they changed their sauce and I had heard from my aunt that the sauce is better than it used to be, so I picked up the pepperoni pizza. This was the classic crust version, not the new hand tossed crust version. The pizza itself is really good, flavorful and the pepperoni is spicy, but I will say their pepperoni is rather greasy. Greasier than normal frozen pepperoni pizzas. But a little blot of a napkin never hurt any pizza I`ve eaten ;).
