Don`t underestimate `red` American beef!

American beef, grilled on 70% birch and 30% charcoal to give the perfect barbecue flavor. Served with an Italian Squinzano - anno 2005. Opened 2 hours before serving :-)

The birch makes the beef a little bit more smoked in the taste - in a really nice and naturally way... No chemistry :-)
