Recipe: Honey Glazed Salmon fillet

Here goes nothing, I am actually going to start sharing my meals. Yes, I ATE during the time I lost 25 pounds haha.

Ingredients: Makes 2 servings

2 Atlantic Salmon Center cut fillets (C. Wirthy & Co.)
1 T. Clover honey
1 T. 100% Natural Vegetable Oil (Pure Wesson)
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper for taste


Defrost fillet. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of fillets.
Chop garlic and mix in with oil and honey. Whisk until well blended.
Place on a non-stick baking pan (layer a foil for easy cleaning).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour and brush sauce mixture over salmon.
Bake for 15 minutes or until salmon begins to flake.
Serve with wild rice and vegetables for a complete meal.
