Growing up, i never use to enjoy eating my porridge, until one day i found a new way to spice it up and add some different flavours that everyone is sure to enjoy!
Boil water in a pot on the stove, then add organic strawberries, goji berries, banana and sultanas, or any fruits you desire. One the water has come to a pink colour, add in organic oats and once the water has almost completely evaporated, stir in some soy or almond milk. Sprinkle chia seeds and coconut to serve, with more fresh fruit; I used strawberries and passionfruit.
