Real Techniques Brushes - First Impressions

Hey guys, so im a huge fan of Pixiwoo. If you dont know who they are, theyre two sisters who are Pro Makeup artists and have theyre own YouTube channel in the name of Pixiwoo. Ive been a subscriber of their channel for over a year i think, maybe longer. They are British and are based in the UK.

I was watching one of their videos last year Samantha Chapman, which is one of the sisters, announced that she was launching her own makeup brushes in the name of Real Techniques. She announced that they would be available to purchase in Boots in the middle of February so i was curious to find out what they would be like as soon as they were launched.

So when i went to Boots in March this year, i had a quick look at them. They had two sets of brushes as well as 3 or 4 individual ones. One set of brushes is for the face, which is the one i bought, and the other set is for the eyes. Obviously i went for the set as the set is only £21.99, and the individual brushes range from £9.99 to £12.99 each.

The set that i got comprises of:-
Contour Brush
Pointed Foundation Brush
Detailer Brush
Buffing Brush
Panoramic Case

As soon as i opened the pack, i noticed how soft the brushes are. This set also comes with a Panoramic Case, which is not only great to hold the brushes when you are travelling but you can also use it as a stand, not that i would need to mind. These are slightly smaller than MAC brushes, which i dont mind at all, and they have their name printed on them as to what purpose they are for.

So far im quite impressed with them but i need to start using them before i can really judge them.

Have any of you tried these brushes before?
What do you think of them>
