Alright Everyone... I`m still on and Now I`m looking at real good mood foods. I think I`m going to have to try out some of these. Like for instance if you have coffee an hour before a workout, it will give you a jolt when you do workout. I already knew that chocolate milk will help with recovery after. So many awesome details people... Definitely check it out!
