If you follow my blog, I recently posted about this beautiful Deborah Lippmann polish I received in the shade Ray of Light. Here is the swatch as promised!
I used two coats of Ray of Light on my nails, the polish gives almost a jelly manicured look. I`m sure I could make it even more jelly like if I added a sheer blue on top, but I wanted you guys to be able to see the colour of just the polish on its own. The colour is a very dark, purplish blue with very discrete purplish glitter flecks inside. It didn`t dry super bumpy like other glitter polishes so after one coat of topcoat I got the shine you see above. On its own it also has quite a bit of shine as well.
Overall I`m loving this shade and will probably use many times again like my other Deborah Lippmann polish. As much as I love DL polishes, they are a bit pricey at $20 a bottle x_x. Not sure if I`ll be buying a bunch of these since I`m perfectly fine with my Sally Hansen ones lol :P On the plus side, removing glittery DL polishes seems easier than other glitters. Not sure if that`s just me though.
What do you guys think?
