It`s a really weird concept, but adding a slice of cheese to ramen is super delicious! I first heard of this from Aeri from http://www.aeriskitchen.com who has a an amazing Korean food blog.
Although I don`t think this would work with some kinds of ramen. It`s best to eat this with Shin Ramyun just because the flavors work very well together and the noodles are really good quality.
When I`m lazy and don`t feel like cooking, i throw in tons of veggies like spinach, mushrooms, broccoli, etc along with an egg. After throwing in the ramen and the veggies are cooked, i throw in a slice (or two) of processed cheese and let it melt into the soup.
