On Tuesday my boyfriend came over to my house to go downtown afterwards and he was hungry! So I just whipped up something with whatever I had in the fridge. I made use a miso chicken soup with a poached egg (well a sunny side egg for my boyfriend since he doesn`t like poached eggs), corn on the cob, little baby bak choi and some seaweed. In the end, I was stuffed to the max and so was my boyfriend LOL. That was a good lunch.
