I am on a journey to lose 20 pounds in the next month, yes yes I know that is much too fast - but it`s what I want to achieve.
To get to my goal my plan is to go to the gym with a trainer twice a week, workout of 30mins at home five times a week, drink 64oz of water a day, and become a pescaterean.
I will post here daily about my progress.
I`m also considering taking OxyElite pills and/or Dramatic Weight Loss Shakes.
