My family and I love <em>capirotada</em> which is Mexican bread pudding. We usually cook it during lent to eat on Fridays. It tastes really yummmie! There are various ways it is made depending on the area you are from. My grandmother is from Jalisco, Mexico and she taught us the way she learned to make it has of course bread (We use toasted French bread), water, syrup, sugar, raisins, cinnamon and cheese. It can be eaten warm or cold based on each personal decisions.
