I got this recipe off of pinterest, the person of which got it off of another person on Pinterest haha. But I thought these were really interesting and a healthier alternative to your ordinary pizza bites. I had never cooked quinoa before but it turned out pretty well. It will look a little thick, but don`t add too much more water as it will become a little too liquidy and make it more difficult to pry out of the muffin pans. I brought these over to my boyfriend`s to celebrate the superbowl with and with the fried chicken and mac and cheese, these were a nice breather ;P The meat was turkey pepperoni which has around 70% less fat than regular pepperoni. Overall yummy! :D
