Once I`ve tried Quinoa, I left rice, brown rice and potatoes. Quinoa has so many benefits. Actually it`s not a grain, it`s a seed. So it` really high in fibre and protein. And it`s a super food.
It`s easy to prepare and really healthy. You can cook it in 15 minutes.
Quinoa contains all 9 essential amino acids that are required by the body as building blocks for muscles. It contains high levels of magnesium. It is a good source of these minerals that act as antioxidants in your body to get rid of dangerous cancer and disease-causing substances. Compared to other grains, quinoa is higher in calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, iron, copper, manganese, and zinc than wheat, barley, or corn.
If you are on a diet or, if you just want to live, maintain a healthy life, quinoa is one of the best food that you can eat.
You can be creative and after cooking quinoa, you can mix it with veggies, spices or with anything you want.
