Quickie: Yummy Turkey Burgers at Home!

Hey, y`all. I want to share with you another one of my favorite quick home meals. Butterball`s Everyday Turkey Burgers are delicious, thick patties flavored and seasoned and very juicy. Each 1/3 pound patty has 240 calories, 680 mg of sodium, 11 g of fat, 31 g of protein, 105 grams of cholesterol and 1 gram of sugar. These burgers are freezer to grill ~ they don`t need thawing.
First, I microwave the frozen patty for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Or I place it in a pre-heated skillet sprayed with PAM or vegetable oil and cook it on both side until done. The patties can be grilled or broiled, too.
I like these patties because no seasoning is needed because they already have been seasoned with brown sugar, salt, onion powder and natural flavors.
I serve my patties on a whole wheat, low-calorie bun and add greens, sliced onions, tomatoes, cheese, mustard and ketchup. I also add a green salad on the side with a bag of 100 calorie baked chips and a glass of iced tea or ice water.
This quick meal takes less than 15-20 minutes to prepare.
