Lately I have been obsessed with two things. First thing being Pistachios. They taste delicious and they`re actually good for you. For you lovelies who don`t know, Pistachios have antioxidants, phytosterols, healthy fats and more, which is really healthy for your heart. And did I mention that it`s one of the lowest fat, lowest calorie and highest fiber nuts. Call me a food nerd but I love finding out which snacks are good for the body and why. I`m just a girl who is in love with Pistachios that`s all!

Lastly I have also been loving Cranberry juice. A lot of people don`t like this but it`s actually a favorite of mine. I love the sweet yet tangy kick it has to it. Cranberry juice is also good for you too which is always a plus. It`s rich in Phytochemicals, reduces dental plaque, prevents kidney stones and UTI`s also. It`s a delicious treat that has some pretty good health benefits also.
