Quick Healthy and Yummy Snack


This is one of my all time favorite snacks, not only is it healthy, it is also super quick and easy to make.

All you need is vietnamese spring roll shells, lettuce and smoked salmon.

Take a large plate with "walls" and fill that up half way with water. Then, submerge the spring roll shell into the water untill it becomes soft and changes completly in texture. Next, gently lay it onto a flat surface and start placing your lettuce and smoked salmon onto the otther 1/3rd of the shell. After that, all you need to do is roll it and wrap it up to secure all the ingrediants and then enjoy! :) You can also add some other ingrediants too, like mushrooms or peanuts, whatever you wish, but jsut becareful not to break the shell, because it tears easily.
