These cheese biscuits taste fantastic, and they make great snacks, lunches or breakfasts. Not only that, but they`re also totally easy, and only need a few ingredients.
Makes 8 biscuits
1 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
2 tbsp butter or margarine
2/3 cup milk
Preheat oven to 425F.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Stir in cheddar cheese.
Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives.
Slowly add the milk. Mix it using a fork.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
