Quick Breakfast on the go...

So I woke up really hungry this morning and late for a meeting I had, but didn`t want to take the time to cook breakfast. I have this meal replacement shake whenever I`m running late or just not in the mood to cook. It`s really easy, convenient, and it`s actually really good.

2 scoops of GNC Total Lean Shake
1 cup of Pure Almond Silk Milk
1 banana
&& Ice

I also have a Nature Valley granola bar. My favorite is the sweet and salty cashew bar! i could eat like the entire pack in a day!
