This is my quick and fresh healthy breakfast.
A light and tastefull salad that will give you lots of minerals and vitamins, as well as proteins and oligoelements!
Roman lettuce
Fresh cheese
Green paprica
Purple onion

Just 250 calories to go wild during the morning!!
Put it together with an orange juice and nothing can stop you!!
