As you probably may know because of my posts I love to make Quiches!
Theyre healthier because you can easily introduce more veggies in your feed also you can combine almost every ingredient which helps reducing food waste!
This time I made one with ham, mushrooms and carrot! Also put some fresh thyme from my garden and seasoned the ingredients with pepper milled at the time!
For the base I always use four eggs and a package of creams!
To accompany a fresh salad and thats perfect!
For dessert we ate the first cherries of the season!
