This evening, I had
Mì Qung which is a bowl filled with wide rice noodles, chicken, shrimp, fresh vegetables, peppers and the broth. And of course for a more authentic Mì Qung you would add: Vietnamese steamed pork chops, sliced banana flower, crispy rice paper, hard boiled egg, and some egg rolls! This bowl of noodles was very good especially on a rainy evening! I have never had this at my house because my parents weren`t originated from Central Vietnam and my boyfriend`s mom is so it`s nice to get a taste of food around Vietnam.
Have you ever tried Mì Qung before or something similar? Want to learn how to make this?
