Quaker Soft Baked Oatmeal Cookies

This is a product that I received in my Influenster Mom Vox Box. It is a Quaker Soft Baked Oatmeal Cookie. There was only one so me and my son split it.

It gets the seal of approval from us both. I`m typically not someone who enjoys raisins but in this cookie they were quite nice. They were sweet with just a hint of the typical tartness in a raisin. For me, I got the feeling of eating a soft baked gingerbread cookie in a way. It wasn`t too strong, but it had that cinnamon kind of background taste. I really enjoyed that. I checked the ingredients and sure enough, there is some cinnamon in them. It is pretty far down on the ingredient list, but it is there... and clearly, enough for me to pick up on it.

My son won`t be able to give you any detailed feelings on it. He just said they were "yummy." I`m pretty sure I could give him any kind of cookie, though, and it would get the same score. LOL!

It was a nice, soft cookie. I don`t particularly like crunchy cookies. I do prefer a soft, chewy one. This one fit that bill perfectly. And, they definitely do taste AND look like something you`d have baked yourself. It doesn`t seem like a mass machine made cookie. Bonus points for that.

Would I purchase these on my own? Perhaps if I were to pick up a box of cookies. I don`t buy cookies for the house very often. I like to bake my own. But, if I were feeling lazy I would probably get these. And, I would definitely recommend them to someone who doesn`t want or can`t bake their own. I think they`d be happy with them.

These cookies run for about $2.69 for a box of 6 cookies.
