One of my favorite things to do to help strengthen the arms is pushups! If you`re doing them right and are in the right posture they can be really difficult thought. Something I do to help get better at them and be able to do more is to simple practice them! When I do them continuously everyday, I feel I can do even more! What do y`all think! :)
